Igniv Bar

The IGNIV Bar at the Marktgasse Hotel is the only bar among Andreas Caminada’s restaurant locations to date. The Zurich IGNIV Bar stands out with its stunning cocktail creations and offers different bar snacks, such as beef tartare with potato foam and truffle, spare ribs with cucumber salad, Asian buns and more.

Thanks to their tremendous enthusiasm and commitment the IGNIV bar team were named the best cocktail bar in the category of new openings in Falstaff 2021, and also ranked in Gault Millau’s “hot” ten and received the “Best Newcomer Bar” award from Swiss Bar Awards. On top of that, chef de bar Sarah Madritsch was awarded "Bartender of the year 2022" by the Swiss Bar Awards.
